Rabobank has made a step forward in being ready for future card payment developments. The infrastructure has received a major overhaul in partnership with ACI Worldwide and Lean Industries which has led to enabling a direct connection with the MasterCard network. As you can see by the attached movie, with great pride we conducted the first transaction via this new route. The creation of this infrastructure has also led to the ability to case handle Disputed transactions within the Rabobank ourselves.
