We are pleased to announce that our Lean User Group (LUG) meeting will be held October 4-6, 2020 in New Orleans, Louisiana at Harrah’s Hotel and Casino – and you are cordially invited to attend!

Our growing forum is focused exclusively on how we as an industry can overcome the challenges of disputed payments.  During this year’s event, you will hear from our customers and select partners about their various approaches to maneuvering the challenges of dispute management.  By participating in this forum, you will:

We will be hosting a welcome reception on the evening of Sunday, October 4.  On Monday October 5, we invite you to participate in various sessions and working groups.  On Monday evening, it’s time to go “Rollin’ on the River” for dinner and drinks while we cruise the Mighty Mississippi.  Sessions will conclude by mid-day on Tuesday, October 6.
