Each year in the fall for several days, a group of payments industry professionals from across the globe gather together in one place. The reason they come together is because they find value in discussing how companies can continuously improve the management of disputes and exceptions. This forum has become increasingly important particularly in light of major changes in industry regulations and compliance – including mandates such as Visa Claims Resolution (VCR), and the emergence of new payment technologies and self-service channels.
There are few organizations in the world who focus on these topics. There are few other groups of individuals who share a passion for disputed payments.
This assembly of talented individuals is the Lean User Group.
The LUG, as we call it, is primarily a gathering of representatives from companies who use our software assets. We also invite industry-thought leaders, payments experts, and partners who offer value-added services in the disputed payments space. Several Lean Industries employees are invited to participate as well to be hosts to our clients and their guests.
During each annual conference event, our company showcases new business features and technical characteristics of the latest releases of AdjustmentHub™. We discuss and demonstrate key enhancements to the software and show how these can allow all users to become more compliant, productive and efficient. We also solicit input and guidance from our clients on our product road-map for the future of software assets – and the ways in which we delivery, support and maintain them.
The LUG 2017 event was held in the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina. In previous years, we have convened in the cities of New Orleans, Louisiana and Las Vegas, Nevada. We welcome you to join us in 2018!
