Thank you to friends and customers joining us in Las Vegas Sept 18-20. The sessions were informative and interactive and coupled with demonstrations of significant new features, such as AH-AH interfaces and xPortal screens, the participants spent a solid 48 hours immersed in camaraderie and socializing in the casinos and Cirque de Soleil.   Angie Daniel was re-appointed LUG President for another year with John Wozniak (Cardtronics) serving as Vice-President.

Our People

Bjorn Larsen - President and CEO

Bjorn has more than 30 years of experience in software development and new product innovations, software sales, and implementation and support of Fortune 500 customers.

A computer science graduate from Hertfordshire University in England and currently a resident of Canada, Bjorn has started several software companies since he left Tandem Computers in 1982, including Votek Systems, AIS, and Lean Industries.

 

Greg Cooper - Director, Software Development

Greg graduated from the prestigious University of Waterloo's Computer Science program in 1991.  He has since accumulated 20 years of experience in software design, primarily in the financial services industry.  Together with Bjorn, Greg has been a key player in the specification and design of our current AdjustmentHub product suite. He is based in Toronto and heads the software product development group.

 

Chris Mahy - Director, Client Services

A certified Project Management Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Chris has been involved in the financial software services industry for over 10 years. Based in Toronto he currently heads up Lean's project services and customer support unit.

 

Stanislav Shmakov - Project Manager & Support Analyst

Stanislav Shmakov is a Masters graduate from Moscow State Technical University with over 7 year experience in the IT industry leading complex software development, implementation and integration projects. He has extensive previous experience with a number of successful CRM and ERP system implementations and has now joined Lean Industries as a Project Manager and Customer Support specialist.   

 

Freda Lin - Project Consultant & Support Technician

An experienced IT professional with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Freda has over 10 years of experience in business analysis and software development specializing in financial services industry. Her recent employers include CIBC and Infrastructure Ontario.

 

Mary Lou Ambrogio - Office Manager

Mary Lou joined Lean from a long career in the securities industry, where she managed complex office procedures and staff members related to the mutual funds business. A long-time resident of London, Ontario Mary Lou streamlines all administrative procedures at Lean and manages the Lean web site.  She also assists the sales and support team with customer meetings, tracking and scheduling.

 

Angie Daniel - Manager, Marketing and Sales Support
 
Angie joined Lean after working for 25 years in the banking industry.  She brings with her an in-depth knowledge of dispute processing, including Regulation E and network rules.   Based in Dayton, Ohio, she increases client perspective for the Sales Support team.
